How it works?

Discovery Phase

All communication will be handled via email to keep the process clear and organized.

To ensure the project runs smoothly, you’ll need to provide the following information:

  • Photos of the space to be designed

  • Inspirational images to help me fully understand the style and aesthetic you’re aiming for

  • Measurements of the space, so I can accurately recreate it in 2D and/or 3D
    (The more detailed the measurements, the more accurate the design concept will be.)

  • Your goals for the new design:
    Why are you redesigning this space? What don’t you like about it currently? How will you use it? Are there any activities or hobbies that should be considered?

If additional information is needed, I’ll let you know. You’re also welcome to share anything else you feel could help improve the design and decision-making process.

Estimate & Start


Once all required information is received, I will prepare an estimate and send it to you for approval.
After confirmation, I’ll begin working on your project.

Delivery time will vary depending on the project’s size and complexity.

Revisions


The service includes one revision, which consists of a 30-minute video call to review the design and discuss feedback.
This revision is intended for minor adjustments and refinements to the proposed design and does not include major changes or a new design concept.

After the call, the revised version will be delivered within additional business days, depending on the scope of the changes.

Any extra revisions beyond this will require additional time and cost, charged hourly or based on the requested changes.

Final Delivery


Once the project is complete, you’ll receive the final design in PDF or JPG format, delivered directly to your email.
