TIER 2

DESIGN + RENDER + 2D

If you love Tier 2 and want a better sense of overall measurements, this option is for you.

INCLUDES:

  • 2D FLORPLAN with measurements

  • 2D ELEVATIONS if needed *Custom cabinets

  • 3D FLOORPLAN

  • 3D RENDER

Does not include furniture or material sourcing.
*** Your contractor will need to confirm exact measuremnts to make it real. This is just a concept. 

TIER 3

DESIGN + 3D ONLY

If you know what you want but struggle to communicate it to your contractor, a 3D conceptual design can make all the difference. I’ll create a clear visual concept in 3D that helps translate your ideas into a design your contractor can easily understand.

  • 3D FLOORPLAN

  • 3D RENDER

  • 3D VIRTUAL WALK TROUGH

Does not include furniture or materials sourcing

How it works? Communication will be via email. To ensure the project runs smoothly, I will need you to provide certain information such as:

  • Photos of the space to be designed

  • Inspirational images to help me fully understand the style and aesthetic you’re aiming for

  • Measurements of the space, so I can accurately recreate it in 2D and/or 3D
    (The more detailed the measurements, the more accurate the design concept will be.)

  • Your goals for the new design:
    Why are you redesigning this space? What don’t you like about it currently? How will you use it? Are there any activities or hobbies that should be considered?

    If I need additional information, I’ll let you know. And if you feel there’s anything else that could help improve the design and decision-making process, please don’t hesitate to share it.

Once I receive all the required information for the project, I will begin working on it. The delivery time will be based on the number of days indicated in the selected room option. When the project is complete, you will receive the final design in PDF format, sent directly to your email.

If you need revisions, please let me know. The cost and timeline will be determined based on the scope and number of changes requested.
